The North West Training and Development Team (NWTDT) and Pathways Associates Community Interest Company are the North West’s leading training and consultancy organisation supporting children, adults with disabilities, families, statutory and support organisations.
We have been changing lives for 25 years through our work, providing the very best in training, development and consultancy. We pride ourselves on our relationship with our customers ensuring we strike the right balance of support and challenge whilst ensuring people get the lives they want. Our Mission and Vision Making inclusion happen is a challenge that does not only rely on legislation and policy but on changing attitudes and practices across a wide range of organisations and communities. We want to support all children and adults with disabilities to experience being part of their community. Making full participation in childhood, adulthood, family and community activities a real choice for people by encouraging all organisations to promote access, be inclusive and contribute to good outcomes.
