Phil Palmer
Phil is office manager at NWTDT and company secretary for Pathways Associates. His organisational skills and experience provide essential support to the director and associates. He keeps everything running smoothly; ensuring associates receive support as and when required for events, technical support and communications. Phil’s has many talents including the use of multimedia such as , making information accessible, producing audio and visual materials, facilitating website developments. Phil is actively involved in a number of regional and local networks and groups including; the regional Family Forum, Oldhams Learning Disability partnership Board, Oldham’s Transition Steering group and is a school governor.
Phil’s passion is photography, particularly stereoscopic (3D). He enjoys fell walking and is a regular visitor to the lake District with his family.
