Lynn James-Jenkinson
Lynn is Director of North West Training and Development Team and Chief Executive of Pathways Community Interest Company which includes supporting the development of our programmes supporting children, adults, families, research and services. Lynn leads on large and complex pieces of work relating to change management and manages our team of experienced associate consultants as well as facilitating; the Regional: Programme Board, Lead officers (Adult services) and Family Forum.
Lynn is a qualified social worker. Before working for NWTDT/ Pathways Lynn worked for many years as a senior manager in Liverpool and Tameside local authorities focusing on change management and day service modernisation, person centred approaches, team building, employment and organisational development.
Lynn is a strong advocate of self directed support and passionate about supporting families plan with their children whose needs and wishes are then at the forefront.. never one to let the grass grow under her, Lynn is chair of trustees for Step by Step Living Network which supports the development of brokerage by people themselves for themselves.
In her spare time Lynn enjoys spending time with her husband and children, holidaying overseas, prioritising time for family and friends and trying to keep fit.
