Who can be a subscriber?

• Emerging, new and existing providers of health and social care services and support
• Emerging and existing community groups working to achieve greater inclusion of vulnerable people
• Local Authorities and Primary Care Trusts outside the North West

How do I become a Subscriber? –

BRONZE Membership – Annual Cost£500 in total which includes network membership and includes 2 places at any event. In addition, if desired, 1 day can be commissioned for local support at the usual subscriber rate i.e. £390

SILVER Membership – Annual Cost £1300 in total which includes network members and 10 places at any event. In addition, if desired, 2 days can be commissioned for local support at the usual subscriber rate i.e. £390
GOLD Membership – Annual Cost £2,500 which includes free access to all networks described as free to Subscribers (23 networks at present would cost non subscribers 2760).Subscriber rate (£390) for local support/ training saving @ £500 on a 3 day programme

What do you get for your membership?

Subscribers will elect (at the AGM) 2 of its total number to represent Subscribers on the Board of Directors.

As well as supporting the free work we do with individuals and families subscribers will be:

• Part of a national forum of leaders in the field
• Have the opportunity to get information and test ideas with key practitioners in the field
• Have access to all Pathway Associates for telephone and email advise with regard to commissioned work or occasional queries.
• Have direct access to briefings on national policy and opportunities to inform national policy
• Have access to both Pathway and NWTDT network events –
• A discount on consultancy fees (not inclusive of expenses)
