A two-day workshop introducing co- producing support with older people.

• Information about planning with older people.
• A opportunity to hear about examples of Leadership and Learning with older people and their support
• Learn how to use a support planning tool, how to plan with older people.
• Think about creative approaches to planning with older people with additional support needs, sharing our experiences of working with Dementia.
• Look at improving best practice in how we work with families and ensure that all aspects of the person are respected and included in a sensitive manner.
• Looking at how we deliver outcomes that are in the best interest of the person.
