The Action Learning approach. . .

Facilitation of Action Learning sets in organisations and across partnerships.

Action learning approach helps to look at real issues to help people tackle challenging tasks.

The action learning idea is a simple approach to individual and organisational development. Fundamentally people who are part of a set will learn from each other and from their own attempts to change things. It can be simple idea to understand but demanding in its practice. This is not about fixes or re inventing the wheel, but a way of working with that is working with uncertainty and the unknown.

Action learning is an approach rather than a method. Each experience of Action learning will define the partnership for learning towards action.

How have we been working with Action Learning?

  • Developing leadership through Action learning.- Developing and changing taken for granted rules that impeded effective group problem solving.
  • Working with sets to develop the ability to re-frame problems and situations.
  • Develop high performance teams.
  • Develop partnerships across different perspectives and boundaries.
  • Learn how to coach others in Action learning.
  • Resolving real business issues from counter productive to productive.

Helping organisations to figure out what’s working, bottom-up ideas or top-down initiatives?

  • Working out what should be encouraged and supported.
  • Learn from conflict and creativity

If you think Action Learning would be an approach for your organisation and how it works in partnerships.
