NWTDT/ Pathways Associates are small not for profit organisations originally established in 1984 and since which time has been providing support, training and consultancy and networking opportunities to children, young people, disabled adults, older citizens, families, statutory and support organisations across the region. Its mission or purpose is to provide support to ensure ultimately that people are supported to have the very best quality of life possible.

We offer a range of bespoke, targeted and tailored to your needs training, development and support as well as publications and guides. All our work is based on your needs and can be as simple as booking places on a scheduled training event to developing a full programme of support to implement change across your team or workforce. With our development work we ensure a clear project plan is in place in partnership with you and your stakeholders to deliver change and identify the right level of skill and experience to get the results you and your customers want whether your focus is.
